1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using valerieaceron.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Valerie Aceron. “Website” includes the pages, Insights articles, downloadable or interactive resources, and other content made available through valerieaceron.com.
2. Educational information, not professional advice
Website content about pricing, costing, margins, websites, AI, business systems, or entrepreneurship is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Business circumstances differ. You are responsible for checking calculations, assumptions, taxes, fees, local rules, supplier costs, and other inputs before making pricing or business decisions. Consider consulting a qualified professional when a decision may materially affect your finances, obligations, or legal position.
3. Calculators, resources, and AI features
Any calculator, spreadsheet, template, framework, guide, or similar resource is intended to support your own analysis. Results depend on the information entered and may be incomplete, estimated, rounded, delayed, or affected by errors. We do not guarantee a particular profit, result, or business outcome.
Ask Valerie is currently displayed as a “Coming Soon” feature and does not yet provide interactive answers. If an AI-supported feature is launched, its responses may be generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must independently verify important information before relying on it.

The website may link to social media platforms, WordPress content infrastructure, BizCost, TryElvio, service providers, and other third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience or reference and do not mean we control or endorse every statement, product, policy, or practice on those services.
Your use of an external service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, transactions, or losses.
7. Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
